At Ringling, the seniors in the illustration department each create a self portrait for the thesis show poster. Some are good and some are bad, but it's pretty fun to see all the different styles people use. Today we had a critique on our senior portraits. Here's mine:

This isn't the final, just an in progress post. It's cute, but I think it' pretty silly. I think I might try to do a few different portraits before the final is due in January... One of my friends pointed out how different it is from the last self-portrait I did, right after freshman year:

What can I say? Two and a half years is a long time.
